Web App: No active customer Use Case Mining surface was found in the current
Workspace application. This page records the customer job without inventing a
workflow.

Use Case Mining is the job of finding repeated work patterns that may deserve a
Parable of their own or a focused Ponder Problem. A trustworthy result would
connect the opportunity to its source period, people or teams, evidence,
frequency, friction, and expected value.

## What a supported experience must show

* the connected sources and time period considered;
* why several events are treated as the same use case;
* the people or teams included, with appropriate privacy boundaries;
* representative evidence a reviewer can inspect;
* confidence and known gaps;
* the proposed outcome and responsible owner; and
* a way to reject, merge, or refine a weak finding.

Until a supported surface exists, use Ponder to investigate a specific,
authorized Problem and keep the source evidence explicit. Do not bulk-copy
employee activity or customer data into a Message to simulate mining.
