# Week of February 15 – 21, 2026

> What's new this week: cleaner connector directory with a dedicated 'Needs Attention' section, the ability to connect multiple workspaces per vendor, and steadier syncs across the board.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Platform" icon="layer-group">
    <Info>
      **Platform is the composable core of Parable.** Everything here has been seen across enough customers, long enough, that we're confident it behaves the same way for yours. We move things into Platform deliberately — a great composable platform takes patience to build, and we'd rather be right than fast at this layer. If something's in Platform, it's production, stable, and ours to keep steady.

      <br />

      **How to read Platform results:** this is the bedrock.

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Connector directory now surfaces anything that needs your attention" icon="triangle-exclamation" defaultOpen>
        <Badge>Direct impact</Badge>

        * Your vendors page now has a dedicated **Needs Attention** section at every level (catalog, vendor, grouping) so connectors with expired credentials or pending validation stop hiding in the list.
        * Connection cards got a visual refresh: a status ring that animates based on health, a clear credential badge, a breadcrumb showing where each connection lives, and creation/update dates.
        * If you have a connector in a degraded state, it now shows up first — sorted by severity — so you can fix it in seconds.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Connect multiple workspaces under the same vendor" icon="copy">
        * You can now connect **two or more separate workspaces** for the same vendor (for example, two Slack workspaces, two Linear accounts, two GitHub orgs) without one overwriting the other.
        * Each connection can carry its own name so it's clear which is which in the directory.
        * Each connection also gets its own sync lane, so a slow sync on one workspace doesn't hold up the other.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="A cleaner, safer connector configuration flow" icon="sliders">
        * Setting up a new connector and updating an existing one are now separate, clearly-labelled paths in the UI — fewer surprises, clearer progress.
        * When you're editing an existing connection, the masked placeholder for your saved secret (`••••••••`) is handled safely: submitting with the mask unchanged leaves your real secret untouched.
        * If a first-time setup fails at the credential step, the connector doesn't hang around in a half-created state — it's cleaned up automatically so you can try again.
      </Accordion>
    </AccordionGroup>

    ### <Icon icon="arrow-trend-up" /> Improved

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Steadier syncs for third-party APIs that can be flaky" icon="shield">
        * Some third-party APIs occasionally fail internal coordination requests during transient network hiccups. Parable now logs a warning and keeps the sync running, with automatic retries on top, instead of failing the whole run.
        * Net effect: fewer "sync failed" emails for reasons outside anyone's control.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Smarter Slack error handling" icon="slack">
        * When Slack returns a known-benign signal (for example, the bot was removed from a specific channel), Parable now cleanly skips that item instead of silently returning zero rows.
        * Real Slack errors are properly surfaced as failures, so you find out about them quickly.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Small UI polish across multi-select and charts" icon="palette">
        * Multi-select dropdowns now show an × on each selected option so you can deselect without reopening the menu.
        * Stacked bar charts gained a horizontal orientation with finer control over bar height, gaps, and label alignment — you'll see this show up across dashboards over the coming weeks.
      </Accordion>
    </AccordionGroup>

    ### <Icon icon="wrench" /> Fixed

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Admin magic links now land on the right workspace subdomain" icon="link">
        * If you're a platform administrator, the magic link we send now takes you to the correct workspace subdomain rather than the generic landing page.
        * Invite links sent to new teammates behave the same way — they land on the right workspace immediately.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Email delivery in our development environment restored" icon="envelope">
        * An internal configuration issue was intermittently preventing email (invites, magic links) from sending in development setups. Fixed.
      </Accordion>
    </AccordionGroup>
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Preview" icon="flask">
    <Info>
      **Preview is where we put features we're confident in, but haven't yet seen at full scale across every organization.** The most common reason: the AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic that underpin classification update on their own schedule, and the methods we layer on top learn your organization over time. That means Preview results can shift slightly week-to-week — **within a margin of error, rarely enough to flip a decision you'd make from them.** When we've seen consistent results across enough organizations for long enough, a Preview feature graduates to **Platform**.

      <br />

      **How to read Preview results:** decision-ready with an honest caveat. We'll tell you when the methodology under a Preview feature changes.

    <Info>
      **Labs is where we deliver insights tailored to your organization faster than our main roadmap would allow.** A Labs report is built for your team specifically, leans on the newest AI capabilities, and may ship with less visual polish than the rest of Parable — because the value is in the insight, not the chrome. Results may evolve as the underlying models improve; that's intentional — we're moving with the frontier, not chasing it. Once a Labs capability proves itself across several organizations, it graduates to **Preview**.

      <br />

      **How to read Labs results:** directional.

    ### <Icon icon="sparkles" /> New

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Labs services can now live at a proper custom domain" icon="globe" defaultOpen>
        * We've added support for custom domains on Labs services, so a Labs experience can live at a short, branded URL instead of a long auto-generated one.
        * First use of the new path: an organization-specific Labs service now reachable at a `*.askparable.com` subdomain, with TLS and sign-in intact.

  **How we tier releases:** [Labs](/release-tiers#labs) · [Preview](/release-tiers#preview) · [Platform](/release-tiers#platform). The world — and the AI beneath every intelligent product — is changing faster than ever. We ship you the latest and greatest. Occasionally your results will shift as models and methods refine; rarely enough to flip a decision, always with a note from us when the change is meaningful.
</Note>
