# Week of March 22 – 28, 2026

> What's new this week: your Labs reports now sign in through Parable, Linear and the Atlassian family come online as first-class connectors, and sign-in gets stricter defaults.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Platform" icon="layer-group">
    <Info>
      **Platform is the composable core of Parable.** Everything here has been seen across enough customers, long enough, that we're confident it behaves the same way for yours. We move things into Platform deliberately — a great composable platform takes patience to build, and we'd rather be right than fast at this layer. If something's in Platform, it's production, stable, and ours to keep steady.

      <br />

      **How to read Platform results:** this is the bedrock.

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Linear, Jira, and Confluence now connect as first-class integrations" icon="plug" defaultOpen>
        <Badge>Direct impact</Badge>

        * **Linear** now connects with a one-click OAuth sign-in and pulls every data type Parable knows how to ingest — no custom setup.
        * **Jira Cloud**, **Jira Data Center**, and **Confluence Cloud** now ship as first-class connectors too.
        * If you've been waiting on any of these to light up a workflow, they're ready.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Stricter defaults for sign-in, with more options" icon="shield-halved">
        * **Google sign-in** is now a first-class option alongside email magic links.
        * Admins of **secure accounts** can now turn magic links on or off per account — use email-plus-password or Google-only sign-in where that fits your policy.
        * Invite emails and magic-link URLs now land on your tenant's own subdomain, so the sign-in page matches the rest of your Parable experience.
        * Invite emails now use role-specific templates and greet invitees by name.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="First-sync backfill bug fixed — no more runaway history pulls" icon="calendar-xmark">
        * A silent bug was causing new connectors to pull up to **two years** of history on their first sync. We've fixed the default behaviour.
        * If you've noticed unusually large first-sync windows on recent connections, that won't happen again.
      </Accordion>
    </AccordionGroup>

    ### <Icon icon="arrow-trend-up" /> Improved

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="Faster answers when you reach out for help" icon="headset">
        * We shipped a round of observability upgrades — Parable now tags pipeline metrics the same way across every part of the platform and notifies our team automatically when an ingestion or transformation job fails.
        * When you report something, our team sees it faster and has more context from the first message.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Small polish across the connector directory and admin views" icon="paintbrush">
        * Cleaner layouts and an urgency banner when a connector needs your attention.
        * Administrators managing multiple workspaces now have a unified connector directory in the admin view.
      </Accordion>
    </AccordionGroup>

    ### <Icon icon="wrench" /> Fixed

    <AccordionGroup>
      <Accordion title="A handful of connector reliability fixes" icon="database">
        * Resolved a token-handling edge case affecting some **Okta**, **Lattice**, and **Monday.com** connections.
        * Tightened how Google-workspace connectors scope their access per data type.
        * Sync attempts on disabled connectors now return a clear error instead of silently starting.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Admin workspace form — logo upload works again" icon="image">
        * The workspace settings form now uses a proper file picker for your logo (it was a broken text field for a brief window — fixed).

  <Tab title="Preview" icon="flask">
    <Info>
      **Preview is where we put features we're confident in, but haven't yet seen at full scale across every organization.** The most common reason: the AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic that underpin classification update on their own schedule, and the methods we layer on top learn your organization over time. That means Preview results can shift slightly week-to-week — **within a margin of error, rarely enough to flip a decision you'd make from them.** When we've seen consistent results across enough organizations for long enough, a Preview feature graduates to **Platform**.

      <br />

      **How to read Preview results:** decision-ready with an honest caveat. We'll tell you when the methodology under a Preview feature changes.

  <Tab title="Labs" icon="flask-vial">
    <Info>
      **Labs is where we deliver insights tailored to your organization faster than our main roadmap would allow.** A Labs report is built for your team specifically, leans on the newest AI capabilities, and may ship with less visual polish than the rest of Parable — because the value is in the insight, not the chrome. Results may evolve as the underlying models improve; that's intentional — we're moving with the frontier, not chasing it. Once a Labs capability proves itself across several organizations, it graduates to **Preview**.

      <br />

      **How to read Labs results:** directional.

        * Labs reports now authenticate through your normal Parable sign-in instead of a separate access path.
        * Same report, same URL — cleaner, safer, and consistent with the rest of the platform.

        * Drag to filter a chart by date range, and click into a donut slice to drill three levels deep (category → sub-category → detail).

      <Accordion title="Foundation for bringing Labs to more teams" icon="layer-group">
        * Under the hood, we've been reworking how Labs are assembled so a capability proven with one team can be offered to others without a bespoke setup.
        * Your Labs access stays the same; this is groundwork for what's coming.

  **How we tier releases:** [Labs](/release-tiers#labs) · [Preview](/release-tiers#preview) · [Platform](/release-tiers#platform). The world — and the AI beneath every intelligent product — is changing faster than ever. We ship you the latest and greatest. Occasionally your results will shift as models and methods refine; rarely enough to flip a decision, always with a note from us when the change is meaningful.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Want a closer look at any of these? Reach out to your Parable team — we're happy to walk you through what shipped and what's coming next.
