Value Harvest is a scenario experience for asking what could happen if a Workspace reallocates time, removes avoidable cost, or combines both choices. It is useful for comparing assumptions and discussing opportunity; it does not apply an operational change.Compare scenarios
Adjust only assumptions you can explain. Keep the source period, population,
roles, cost inputs, and value model visible beside the result. Use the before
and after view to understand the direction of the scenario, then inspect the
underlying numbers rather than relying on the shape of a Sankey alone.
Use a Ponder Problem to record which assumptions are evidence-backed, which
remain hypotheses, and what Proof would be required before acting.
