Switch Workspaces

Docs: Login Web App: Select the Parable wordmark at the top of the Workspace sidebar; its Switch Workspace menu lists every Workspace you can open. Each Workspace has its own address, such as https://acme.parable.work. Signing in once gives you access to every Workspace where you are a member, and the sidebar lets you move between them without signing in again.

Change Workspace

1. Select the wordmark at the top of the sidebar. When you belong to only one Workspace, the wordmark is a plain logo and there is nothing to switch.
2. Choose a Workspace from the list. Each row shows the Workspace name and logo; the current Workspace is marked.
3. Parable opens that Workspace at its own address. The page you were on is not carried across, because Parables, Providers, and people belong to one Workspace.

Only Workspaces where you hold membership appear. A Workspace you were removed from disappears from the list and refuses to open.

Reorder Workspaces

The list starts in the order you joined each Workspace, oldest first. To change it:

1. Open the list from the wordmark.
2. Point at a Workspace. Select the up or down arrow at the end of its row. With the keyboard, focus the row and press Alt+Up or Alt+Down.
3. The new order is kept for you in this browser on every Workspace address.

The order changes only this list. Signing in still opens the Workspace you joined first.
