Prerequisites

Administrator access required. You need privileges in to complete this setup.If you don’t have admin access, contact your administrator to:
  • Create the API credentials on your behalf, OR
  • Grant you temporary admin access to complete the setup
  • Admin access to ActivTrak
  • Advanced Insights tier (for full API access)

Setup Guide

Access API Settings

  1. Log in to ActivTrak
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Navigate to API section

Generate API Key

  1. Click Generate API Key or Create New Key
  2. Name: Parable Integration
  3. Copy the generated key
