Publishing responsibility

Docs: Primary responsibility Web App: Open Collaboration → Participants to search actors and edit RACI assignments. Collaboration → Publishing holds publication actions and history; Collaboration → Pushes searches and lists Workspace destinations. Publishing is the customer-facing name for the responsible role on a Parable. Responsible people do the work needed to move an outcome forward: authoring, coordinating, preparing evidence, resolving review feedback, and running the allowed publication or recovery actions. The accountable Primary remains answerable for decisions reserved to that seat. One person can hold both responsibilities when the current policy allows it, but the meanings remain distinct.Work within the visible boundary
A Publishing responsibility does not grant Workspace access or make every action available. The current surface, Parable state, target, and responsibility are checked together. Disabled actions remain visible with an explanation when the product can safely show them. Use the role to:- keep one coherent Patch moving through review;
- gather the required Proofs and collaborators;
- prepare or propose work when it is ready;
- carry out reversible operational actions within the allowed scope; and
- escalate accountable decisions to Primary rather than treating urgency as permission.
